I have used many different companies, primarily because I never found one worth have back. The others weren't bad, they just didn't give me a reason to hire them again. Not the case here. I called for an estimate and was given a price right away. Great Price! The night before I received a call to confirm my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30am. I looked out my window at 7:15 and the service person was already waiting in my driveway. He came in and looked around and promptly started at 7:30. Carpets look very clean. Service was excellent. I was asked if I wanted scotchguard but declined because of the age of the carpets and he left it at that. No pressure what so ever. I would use Better Carpet Cleaners over and over again. Price was excellent and service was even better. Very professional.

I have had rug in my family room for 23 years. I think I have used every other carpet rug cleaner out there( the yellow van one, mom and pop shops dry cleaning, etc) and Better Carpet Cleaners has out cleaned them all and less expensive. Plus the rug did not stay wet for 1-2 days which is impossible to keep kids and animals off while it is drying! The high traffic area usually never comes clean or if it does stains appear again in 1-2 days BUT not with Carper Cleaners. The family room rug came out exceptional!!!!!!!! Will continue to welcome family, friends and animals on my old rug knowing I can always count on Better Carpet Cleaners to bring it back to new. Thank you thank you- SFarr

I had a bit of a crisis involving spilled paint on carpet. Better Carpet Cleaners came to my rescue! They were finishing a job near by and were able to get to me within a half hour. They told me to keep the carpet wet while I waited for them to arrive. When they got here they got to work right away and they were able to get all the paint up! After they left they called and told me to watch out for any paint that may come up from the concrete and to call if I noticed anything and they will come back out. I'm really impressed at how quickly they responded to my call and how professional they were. The price was extremely affordable. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

We have 2 cats, a dog and horses on our property, so I feel like my wall to wall carpets need a good cleaning a couple of times each year. I've been using Better Carpet in Middletown since 2012 and never had a single problem. (No idea what went wrong for other reviewer--I always pay using my MasterCard?) They're by far the most reasonably priced cleaner I've found in the River Valley area, and they're always on time, put in an excellent effort, are pleasant to deal with and have always done an excellent job for me and my family. A+ in my book!

Just had my carpets cleaned for the first time since the house was purchased. With two dogs (who engage in the occasional marking war) and two young boys, the carpets had seen MUCH better days. Better Carpet Cleaners cleaned four rooms, our hallways and stairs for less than $140 with tax and the difference between the before and after was remarkable! I never knew the carpets were this color! LOL I highly recommend them. The whole process took about an hour and our technician was very friendly and informative. We would definitely use them again. And again.

This was my first time hiring a carpet cleaner and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed my apartment shampooed before I moved out and the service was very efficient very professional. It was also a huge perk that they had a coupon available for what I needed therefore making this experience very affordable. I wish that they serve out-of-state customers as I moved from the apartment that they shampooed.

I called for an appointment on a Monday, and was able to get an appointment within the week at a time that worked best for me. On the day of service, Mike called before arriving to confirm the time. We have had our carpets and furniture cleaned by Better Carpet twice and I love the job they do. The gentleman that came to our house to do the work did a wonderful job, he got out stains on our furniture that had been hard to remove and the couches look brand new. I have a baby, a toddler and two cats… Believe me… I have a lot of stains on my carpets. Better Carpet Cleaners were able to get all the stains out and I'm completely satisfied with the results. I have been having my tile cleaned by them and I am so extremely happy!! I have them clean my kitchen tile which gets so dirty, between dogs and kids. And they have the friendliest workers and always ask if I’m satisfied before they leave, very professional! I tried another company in the beginning ( Stanley steamer) Just to see, but Better carpets did a much better job, and at a very reasonable price...The other company tried to up sell me special mats, and grout sealer, that they said would help keep it clean, it did not! Go with Better Carpet you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars!!

Met with Maurice on a Wednesday got a very affordable estimate and scheduled an appointment for that Friday morning. Friday morning David came out and thoroughly cleaned the carpets paid close attention to details. It shows these carpets haven't looked this good since they were installed. This is for a commercial event facility and the carpets see a lot of traffic

I have used them twice. The first time I called and was able to get same-day service, the carpets came out fantastic and they brought their own water/waste disposal; unlike others were they have to hook up to our water and drain the waste water into the toilet. The second time I received next-day service; both rooms were done in 35 minutes and their staff was extremely professional. A fantastic value with their coupon! Will recommend to everyone, thank you!

Dave came out to clean our carpets last weekend and we were so impressed! We have two dogs and our carpets can collect a huge amount of dirt and grime. Dave really took his time and made sure our carpets were well cleaned. One thing that I was super happy with was that Better Carpet Cleaners do not tap into your water line. This is awesome and saves you a pretty penny depending on the size of your home. The price point is also desirable, we had all three bedrooms cleaned, hallway and two sets of stairs, plus two area rugs done for way under what Stanley Steamer charged us for one bedroom and two stairs
