"We have 2 cats, a dog and horses on our property, so I feel like my wall to wall carpets need a good cleaning a couple of times each year. I've been using Better Carpet in Middletown since 2012 and never had a single problem. (No idea what went wrong for other reviewer--I always pay using my MasterCard?) They're by far the most reasonably priced cleaner I've found in the River Valley area, and they're always on time, put in an excellent effort, are pleasant to deal with and have always done an excellent job for me and my family. A+ in my book!"
