"I have used them twice. The first time I called and was able to get same-day service, the carpets came out fantastic and they brought their own water/waste disposal; unlike others were they have to hook up to our water and drain the waste water into the toilet. The second time I received next-day service; both rooms were done in 35 minutes and their staff was extremely professional. A fantastic value with their coupon!
